We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Applications Team. The successful candidate will lead our Lifestyles team working on Applications of P2i’s water repellant technology on footwear and apparel. We are looking for an experienced Controls and Instrumentation (C&I) Engineer to join our growing Research & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination and development of P2i controls and software programmes for new and existing products as well as contribute to the effective development of P2i’s technology. The job holder will also be responsible for the management of C&I projects for all existing and developed P2i technology and equipment.
This role reports to the R&D Director.
The successful candidate will have a Science Degree/PhD or equivalent. Occasional overseas travel may be necessary to perform the role effectively.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Applied Research Scientist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a PhD or good first degree in Chemistry or a Chemistry related subject. Experience in process development and instrumentation is desirable but not essential.
This is an exciting role which will focus on delivering a diverse range of research projects to tight commercial deadlines. The job holder will be expected to lead and deliver on projects with a chemistry and surface analysis bias. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of all work formats and producing progress reports is also a key part of the role.
