Maintenance Technician
Salary: £30K - £34K Depending on experience
The successful candidate will be a member of the Operations team and will be based at the P2i headquarters in Milton Park. At the headquarters there are over 25 highly complex P2i nano coating systems of various size and development stage currently installed and in operation. These systems are used in production, R and D, and sample testing environments by P2i employee’s from all departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned maintenance and repair of the P2i systems at the Milton park site (this includes the installation of new machines at the site).
All day to day technical problems will be resolved effectively to optimise the availability and performance of the machines at the P2i headquarters and the candidate will be responsible for creating and carrying out a planned maintenance schedule to maximise the up time and life span of the P2i machines.

Manufacturing Supervisor
Salary: Up to £35K Depending on experience

The Manufacturing Team is responsible for the timely and efficient enhancement and completion of the sophisticated manufacturing equipment used to deliver P2i’s innovative Nano Coating technology at high profile client sites around the world. The Manufacturing Supervisor will manage a small team of skilled Technicians as well as having significant hands on involvement in the manufacturing of the machines. The role will suit a highly communicative, process driven Engineer with an electrical bias and ideally knowledge of Vacuum Pressure Technology gained within a manufacturing environment. Supervisory / Team Leadership experience, a focus on quality & improvement and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-project environment also essential.

International Field Support Engineer

Admin Support Assistant
Salary: £20K Depending on experience
The Admin Support Assistant will work very closely with the Operations Assistant and will be offering administrative support both within the Operations function and to other areas across the P2i business. In addition to traditional administrative duties the Admin Support Assistant will have a broad range of responsibilities to include the organisation of international travel and hospitality arrangements, visas for staff journeying overseas, staff events, supplier & customer visits, diary bookings, meetings and other duties as required. The team undertake and fully document machine and process validation, optimise manufacturing flow with the introduction of the P2i technology, implement QC procedures, undertake customer training and assist in problem resolution. The Team Leader position will suit a highly energetic, flexible Engineering or Science Graduate with 2 years + experience in a high volume technical manufacturing environment and some supervisory / management skills. A very keen eye for detail, a calm & measured approach & proven customer handling skills are also essential. The role involves leading a team of Assistant Production Implementation Specialists and will require the incumbent to travel overseas extensively for extended periods of time and often at short notice.
