P2i's patented technology employs a special pulsed ionized gas (plasma), which is created within a vacuum chamber, to attach a nanometre-thin polymer layer over the entire surface of a product. This process dramatically reduces the surface energy of a product, so that when liquids come into contact with it, they form beads and simply run off.

Our technology has been successfully applied on a commercial scale, with over 100 machines now spanning four continents, processing a wide range of products in P2i’s core market sectors: Electronics, Lifestyle, Life Sciences, Energy & Filtration and Military & Institutional.

Easy to deploy, the machines operate at the touch of a single button and can be integrated seamlessly and effortlessly with existing assembly lines.

Working with many of the world’s leading brands, our proven nano-coating technology is fast becoming a ‘must have’ in numerous product categories.

We have two consumer brands for the technology: Aridion™ for Electronics and ion-mask™ for Lifestyle products, for industrial applications, the technology is covered by the corporate P2i brand.
