Justin Kleingartner is an accomplished materials innovator and commercial leader with extensive global experience spanning advanced coatings, electronics protection, and technology‑driven product development. Before joining P2i as Chief Commercial Officer, Justin served as Chief Technology Officer at actnano, where he led the company’s technical strategy and development of next‑generation protective nano‑coatings for the consumer electronics and automotive industries.
Prior to actnano, Justin contributed to breakthrough low‑adhesion surface technologies at LiquiGlide, an MIT spin‑out developing coatings that enable viscous liquids to slide easily off a variety of surfaces.
He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from MIT, along with an MS in Chemical Engineering Practice, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
Across his career, Justin has led high‑impact teams, driven commercial adoption of advanced materials technologies, and built global partnerships across electronics, automotive, and industrial markets. As Chief Commercial Officer, he is responsible for shaping P2i’s commercial strategy, driving customer engagement, and accelerating market expansion.
